By accessing or using Knobee you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or have parental consent if younger) and agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Age Requirements & Parental Consent

Knobee is designed for middle and high school students. Users under 13 require verifiable parental consent in accordance with COPPA. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without parental authorization.

3. Educational Purpose

Knobee AI, LLC provides supplemental educational content only. The Service is not a substitute for formal education, qualified instruction, or professional advice. AI-generated content is for study assistance and should be verified with authoritative sources.

4. AI-Generated Content

Study sets, flashcards, quizzes, and tutor responses are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies. Knobee is not liable for errors in AI-generated content. Always cross-reference with your teacher, textbook, or other authoritative sources.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use Knobee to upload or generate harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content; attempt to manipulate or circumvent AI safety systems; violate any applicable laws; or infringe intellectual property rights.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Knobee AI, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
