Getting Started
Create a free account at knobee.ai/register using your Google account. No credit card is required — you get a 7-day full-access trial. From the home page tap New Study Set to create your first study set by describing a topic, pasting notes, or uploading a file.
Uploading Documents
Knobee accepts PDF, PowerPoint (.pptx, .ppt), and Word (.docx, .doc) files up to 50 MB. Select Upload a File, choose your document, give the set a title, then click Upload. Flashcards are generated first; quiz questions are prepared when you request them or begin an active study session. Large files are split into focused topic segments — all parts are grouped under the By Upload tab in your library.
Daily Boost
The Daily Boost is a short quiz of 5–10 multiple-choice questions refreshed every day. It takes about 3–5 minutes and uses spaced repetition to keep studied material fresh. Knobee picks questions from across all your study sets, weighted toward areas where your mastery is lowest. Completing a Daily Boost awards XP and extends your streak. The Daily Boost card appears on the home page each morning and disappears once you complete it.
Quizzes and Mastery Check
Every study set includes a Quiz tab. Knobee prepares multiple-choice questions when you request a quiz or begin an active study session. Each question has four options with detailed explanations for every wrong answer. Answering a quiz question correctly unlocks the Mastered button on the corresponding flashcard. The Mastery Check mode lets you test yourself across all cards in a set and tracks your mastery percentage over time.
Privacy and Student Data
Knobee is restricted to users aged 13 and older. The platform collects only the minimum data necessary to provide the service: your name, Google email, grade level, and study activity. Knobee does not sell student data, does not run advertising, and does not share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your uploaded documents and study sets are never used to train AI models. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
Subscriptions and Billing
Plans start at $14.99/month or $129.99/year after the 7-day free trial. To cancel, go to your Profile page, open Subscription & Billing, click Manage Subscription, and select Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. To delete your account entirely, email support@knobee.ai from your registered Google account.
